Villa Grimani International School

Villa Grimani International School
The school was founded in 1998 by a group of parents who wanted to give their children the opportunity to attend a school that offered an excellent education in a happy and open-minded environment, with daily programming taught in English, an important tool for international communication. Since then, the school has continued to improve and evolve, boasting a growing number of enrolled students, whose futures will be bright thanks to an excellent and personalized education taught in both English and Italian.
What we offer
Villa Grimani International School offers an education for children as young as one year of age up to and including middle school age.
Teaching has a multi-sensory approach in the Early Years classes which then develops into a complete multidisciplinary education with languages and multiculturalism at its core.
Early
Years
Our Early Childhood Center is located in a dedicated, independent building, bright and surrounded by greenery. Our qualified native-speaking teachers follow the UK's Early Years Foundation Stage program, tailored to meet the needs of each individual child. We offer a positive, structured, and stimulating environment where children can explore, experiment, and be exposed to rich educational experiences, all taught in English.
Primary
School
The lessons included in the school program are taught by qualified native English-speaking teachers who have earned their teaching qualifications in their home country. Subjects are taught primarily in English, but six hours of Italian are also taught per week, with a qualified Italian teacher. The comprehensive program includes all traditional subjects, as well as art, music, computer science, and weekly visits to the school library.
Middle
School
Our middle school focuses on developing language skills, with the introduction of Spanish and German. Classes are taught by qualified native-speaking teachers specializing in their respective subject areas. Students can choose to study mathematics in English or Italian. Students are encouraged to become completely independent in their work and study efficiently.
Summer Camp
Villa Grimani International School doesn’t close even in summer!
Our summer camp is ready to welcome children aged 3 and up, including those coming from other schools.
We offer a program of themed activities, which will be explored week by week. All lessons will be held in English and supervised by our native-speaking teachers.
