Relationship with parents
Parents-children-school
Parents are the first educators of every child. Therefore, we understand the importance they play in their children's lives and would like to work collaboratively with them, encouraging students to work hard at their studies, encouraged by teachers, parents, and the school itself.
All teachers are available to meet with parents weekly at scheduled times, as are the Principal and the Headteacher. Regular meetings are also held to inform parents about the school program and provide other information.
Please note that parents do not need to speak English for their children to attend school, just as we do not expect students to have English skills when they begin attending Villa Grimani. English language support is provided to students who begin the first grade of middle school with little or no English skills. Nor do parents need to be able to speak, read, or write English to support their children's studies, as this is part of the school's mandate and the students' growing sense of responsibility.
